XRF application - halogen-free testing
The main reasons for the differences in the measurement of chlorine (Cl) element before and after optical path optimization are as follows:
① Due to the low fluorescence photon energy of chlorine (Cl) element (2.6KeV), air will have a significant absorption effect on the fluorescence photons, thereby reducing the fluorescence intensity and significantly lowering the measurement accuracy.
② The interference of inert gas element argon (Ar) in the air on chlorine (Cl) element can also have a significant negative impact on measurement accuracy.
